The multi-account command center — note imports from anywhere, project pipelines, working lists, a triaged inbox, a creative Studio, and a live Claude connector that keeps it all in sync.
Every app, game, ad, and life idea lived in Google Keep — refined there, pasted into prompts, then left to pile up. Good ideas went stale because nothing tracked what happened next.
Drop any Takeout zip on scripts/import-takeout.js —
it normalizes every note, keeps checklists as checklists, copies image attachments, and dedupes across accounts by content hash. Re-runs are no-ops.
Stage pill, pipeline bar, note count, last activity. Click through to the full project page. Stalled work wears a badge — it can't hide.
Your own Keep labels power the filing: to-do lists land in To-Dos, AWS notes land with the Motor Club, music video notes land in the Studio. Live counts from the real board:
Every imported note carries a suggestion — with its reason and confidence. Accept one-by-one, fix the odd miss, or accept a whole confidence tier in one click.
Click a stage to move a project — activity is logged automatically. Anything sitting in Built or Deployed for 7+ days gets flagged, because history says the last mile is where things stall.
To-dos with due dates, project milestones, and stage changes all land on the month view. Click any day to see everything on it — or add straight to it.
Seeded from the seven existing projects; every finished project adds to it. New ideas get matched against patterns that already worked.
Kosmos serves every project's living breakdown doc (rendered) and cinematic deck
through its own /pf/<project>/… door — so the whole library is one bookmark away, on any screen size.
Kosmos is multi-account: the owner adds people by email + temp password, and every account is a completely separate space — its own board, notes, lists, images, and its own creative Studio brain.
Every account gets a private connector URL for claude.ai. Claude sees the live board through 16 tools — and the sync loop goes both ways: work finished in Claude gets crossed off; work started in Claude gets pipelined in.
Drop a Google Keep Takeout zip, Notion export, Evernote .enex, markdown, JSON — or paste text. Parsed in the browser, deduped automatically, photos included. Then every project page becomes a working surface.
Tap the 🤖 on any to-do, list item, or bug and it joins your AI work queue — exactly what your connected assistant (Claude or any MCP-capable AI) sees. Clear it on demand, on a schedule while you sleep, or give a busy project its own dedicated session.
Import from anywhere → triage → pipeline → work the lists — from the app, your phone, or a Claude chat. Multi-account, hard-isolated, live everywhere.
