Appolis 🏛️

The team version of Kosmos, on the same engine. One shared board per team, eight ecommerce-first pipelines, a five-level capability model that the AI connector obeys exactly as its person does, and a Durable-Object write channel so two people working the same list never erase each other.

The personal program the whole engine grew from: task and idea command center, project pipelines, hubs, the lander builder. What gets proven here gets poured into Agora as the team version.

Deliberately dumb and fast: pages are authored in the Kosmos Lander Builder and pushed here once, so the thing on an ad's critical path is only ever a KV read. Multi-tenant by hostname, media served from the edge.

Customer-retention command center. System of record for loyalty, the at-risk queue, delivery and claims. Breakdown renders live from the repo's markdown.

The standalone AI generation service every Appolis app taps into — tools, cheapest-aggregator routing, variable pricing, the video editor, My Files, video projects. Extracted out of Hermes so it scales on its own, one brain per business.

The marketplace portal, Appolis ID (accounts · entitlements · teams), and the one Connector door every app opens onto. The thing all of these sign into.

Three.js browser action game — the living game breakdown and the cinematic feature showcase (fullscreen · arrows · PDF · PowerPoint).

Customer-service app replacing the AppSheet spreadsheet pipeline: 8,204 customers, 9,715 registrations, coverage that computes its own expiry, a dealer report builder, and roadside dispatch. The breakdown below is rendered from the app's living markdown. (The app also serves its own /breakdown live twin, which reads its API in real time — that one stays inside the app and is deliberately never mirrored here.)

Tyler's own Bradenton studio. The old WordPress site, snapshotted page-for-page and served from our own Cloudflare Worker so the studio never goes dark while the domain moves and the new site is built on the Website Builder. Four real pages, every asset, the whole media library, seven leftover demo pages retired with a 410, and one deliberate addition: the address, hours and socials the old site never showed.
